All 10 local levels of Khotang district, including two municipalities and eight local municipalities have presented their policy, programmes and budgets. Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi municipality has introduced a budget of Rs 769 million for the fiscal year 2077/78 BS. Likewise, Halesi Tuwachung municipality has presented the budget of Rs 527.8 million for the fiscal year 2077/78 BS. 

Among others Sakela rural municipality came up with the budget of Rs 307.74 million; Diprung Chuichumma rural municipality Rs 514,2 million; Jantedhunga rural municipality Rs 333 million and Aiselukharka rural municipality Rsw 408.4 million. Likewise, Barahapokhari rural municipality has come up with the budget of Rs 283.5 million, Kepilasgadhi Rs 338,5 million, Rawabesi rural municipality Rs 297.7 million and Khotehang rural municipality Rs 481.8 million. Nine among the local levels of the district presented their policy and programmes on Wednesday and Khotehang rural municipality presented its budget on Thursday.
