Muktinath Bikas Bank has tied an agreement with ‘We Chat Pay’ in order to promote online payment system. The agreement was signed by Assistant Deputy Chief Executive Officer Til Bahadur Gurung on behalf of Muktinath Bikas Bank.Following the agreement, We-chat WeChat-Pay I, which is very popular in China, Chinese tourists visiting Nepal will be able to pay for purchasing various goods and services through the app. 
WeChat-Pay wallet users will be able to make digital payments by scanning the QR code of merchants under Muktinath Bank. In order to encourage digital transactions, the bank has made arrangements to withdraw money from any bank’s bank account free of charge. Similarly, mobile banking, QR code scan, online loan application, online account opening, internet banking, remittance deposit in the account, etc. can be done from home without being present at the bank branch.
