NIBL Ace Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager of 8.75% Garima Debenture, 2085 of Garima Bikash Bank Ltd for 10 lakh units of NPR 1 billion size. Garima Bikash Bank was incorporated under Company Act on Shrawan 22, 2064 and acquired license from Nepal Rastra Bank to perform its financial transactions on Aswin 24, 2064.
The bank started its formal operations on Kartik 18, 2064 from Waling 3, Syangja. Bank shifted its’ head office to Lazimpat, Kathmandu from Mahendrapool, Pokhara, Kaski on Chaitra 27, 2073. The agreement for the same was signed on April 27, 2021 between Mr. Govinda Prasad Dhakal(Chief Executive Officer, Garima Bikash Bank Limited.) and Mr. Mekh Bahadur Thapa (Deputy Chief Executive Officer, NIBL Ace Capital Ltd.) and Mr. Sachindra Dhungana (Assistant General Manager, NIBL Ace Capital Ltd.).
