IME life insurance Company Limited’s 4th AGM on 2079/01/14 has been conducted, in the Chairmanship of Dr. Ram Hari Aryal, Chairman of the Company Operation committee at Hotel Radisson.

In the meeting the company’s financial report and operational committee’s report were passed for the financial year 2076/077 BS. In the program election for the operational committee was held and new operational committee was formed. Also the power was granted to the operational committee to issue the shares allotted to the general public and to complete the task to merge with other life insurance company.

The chairperson of the event Dr. Aryal said that despite the challenges of Lack of awareness regarding Insurance, lack of skilled manpower and illiteracy regarding insurance business, company has taken these hurdles as opportunities and is committed to dispatching insurance awareness to even the low income strata of the country. He also stated that the company is committed in making company’s services more accessible in the coming days.

He expressed gratitude towards shareholders for continued valuable counsels, insured customers for their trust in the company, and to Neal government, Insurance Committee, Company Registrar Office, Nepal Stock Exchange, all Insurance Companies, Re-Insurance Companies, various banking institutions and other stakeholders for their guidance. Members of the Operational committee, Founding Shareholders, Administration Committee and other staffs were also present.
