Tata Mega service Camp successfully concluded

KATHMANDU

Sipradi Trading Pvt Ltd, the authorised dealer of Tata Motors, has today concluded  the ‘Mega Service Camp’ held in  its 12 different service centers across the country.

Among these centers, 3 are located inside the Kathmandu Valley at Bagdole, Balkumari, and Soalteemode. Similarly, the other 9 are situated outside the Valley in places like Pokhara, Itahari, Mechi, Birgunj, Dhalkebar, Hetauda, Dhangadhi, and Nepalgunj. The three-day long camp saw a total of 955 vehicles of the Tata brand belonging to the passenger category were checked, repaired and maintained. Altogether 1,533 people visited it.

Similarly, various attractive offers/benefits were offered to the related customers during the event . For instance, while purchasing Mak Lubricant, Exide Battery, and Spare Parts, they enjoyed the discounts of 18, 15, and 18 percent respectively. Similarly, during the camp, a cashback worth Rs 4,000 was  handed over under the Sanjeevani Engine Package.

In this context, Mega Service Camp was organised to serve our customers effectively and efficiently,’ says Kumar Bhandari, Head of Customer Care, Sipradi Trading. ‘Their encouraging participation during it has inspired us to deliver smarter, more customsed and more effective  services to them in the coming days.’
