Khalti honored at Birgunj Association of Commerce and Industry’s General Assembly

KATHMANDU

Khalti was honored by the Birgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industry, on February 28, 2079, for its contributions to Nepal’s Business Ecosystem. The honoring event was organized by the Birgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the occasion of its 47th General Assembly.

The event, organized by the Birgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industry, celebrated notable individuals who made significant contributions via their top-notch work in a variety of professions in Nepal. They honored the digital wallet ‘Khalti’ who were set on accomplishing something from their own country. On behalf of Khalti, Co-founder – Mr. Amit Agarwal was present in the event to accept this honor. While receiving the honor, he also reflected his attachment to his birthplace, Birganj. Meanwhile, he also thanked all the Khalti users, partners, traders/agents, regulators, on Khalti team, and other stakeholders who have contributed and assisted Khalti to reach this point today.

Additionally, Khalti’s Co-founder Mr. Amit Agrawal shared- ‘Being recognized by the Birgunj Udyog Trade Association is a source of tremendous pleasure for the whole Khalti family. We have been even more motivated by the recognition we received for our efforts. In the upcoming days, we shall continue with our mission of providing financial inclusion.’
