Nepal Wire House Company Announces IPO for Nepalese people working abroad

KATHMANDU

Nepal Wire House Company has announced the opening of an IPO for Nepali workers employed abroad from Kartik 10. The company plans to sell 10% of the total 1,375,000 shares, which is 137,500 shares. After selling the IPO to Nepali workers employed abroad, the company will only sell to the general public.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 50,000 shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share. Applications can be submitted until Kartik 24.

Himalayan Capital is the sales manager for the shares. The company has been given a financial responsibility rating of ‘IRN Double B Minus (IS)’ by Informix Credit Rating Limited.
