The founder’s shares of Prabhu Bank have been sold. The bank has sold 1 lakh 52 thousand 8 hundred 5 founder shares in the name of founder shareholder Binod Thakali.
The existing founder shareholders of the bank can apply for the said founder shares. The price of the shares has not been mentioned by the bank.
Interested founder shareholders who want to purchase shares should submit an application to the central office of the bank in Babarmahal, Kathmandu, within 35 days from Ashoj 23. If the application of the founder shareholder does not arrive during the mentioned time, the company has informed us that it will sell the shares to other individuals or institutions.
