Prabhu Capital Announces Loss of Share Certificates of Eight Investors

KATHMANDU

Prabhu Capital has announced that the share certificates of eight investors have been lost. Capital has released a notice publicly announcing the names of the shareholders whose share certificates have been lost.

Susma Gurung, who owns 10,000 shares, has lost her share certificate. Similarly, Capital has announced that Ravi Dhungel of Kanchanpur has lost 35 shares, Harikrishna NEupane of Kusma has lost 32 shares, Rajshree Humagai of Kathmandu has lost 17 shares, Ram Prasad Poudel of Palpa has lost 436 shares, Subash Kurmi of Rupandehi has lost 662 shares, Abdul Ramjan Miya of Nepalgunj Bank has lost 1,000 shares, and Ritesh Urces of Ramnagar Butwal has lost 14 shares.

When the share certificates are lost, it is requested to present a copy of the share certificate within 35 days; otherwise, Capital has announced that the concerned shareholders will be able to deposit the shares in the account of the beneficiary who has completed the necessary process as per the application.
