Siddhartha Bank is going to sell founder shares from Ashoj 28. The bank has sold 5,49,573 founder shares in the name of its founder shareholders.
The bank has opened the sale of 4,54,563 shares in the name of founder shareholder Pradeep Kumar Kodia and 95,010 shares in the name of Prudential Capital Management Company Pvt. Ltd. The founder shareholders can apply for these shares.
The price of these shares has not been mentioned. Interested investors who want to buy shares can submit their application for the desired number of shares at the bank’s service office within 35 days. If the founder shareholders do not apply during this time, the bank will open the sale to the general public.
