Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced its dividend. Microfinance has announced to give a 15 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 22 has decided to distribute 14.25 percent bonus shares and 0.75 percent cash dividends for tax purposes.

After the proposed profit share is approved by the regulator, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the upcoming general assembly of microfinance, it will be distributed to the shareholders.

The company has a paid-up capital of 13 crores and 31 lakhs.
