The government has honored the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The government has honored NEPSE, stating that it has submitted the highest amount of tax in the fiscal year 2078/79.

During the closing ceremony of National Tax Week organized on the occasion of National Tax Day, NEPSE was honored as an excellent taxpayer by the Internal Revenue Department. The Internal Revenue Department has informed us that NEPSE has submitted the highest amount of tax among the medium-level taxpayers.

The department has also honored 16 different taxpayers who have submitted the highest amount of tax in various 16 categories, along with NEPSE.

On the occasion of Tax Day, the government has decided to provide a special pass to the excellent taxpayers by understanding the most taxes with a special pass to visit the Singha Durbar for a year. For this, Internal Revenue Secretary Krishna Hari Pushkar has informed us that the Internal Revenue Department has been directed to make the necessary arrangements.
