NEPSE index risen by 5.17 points on Wednesday

KATHMANDU

The NEPSE index, which measures the share market, increased on the fourth day of the week, Wednesday. Compared to Tuesday, the NEPSE index has risen by 5.17 points and reached 1863.94 points.

On Wednesday, a total of 31,57,062 shares of 288 companies were traded on NEPSE, resulting in a transaction of over 78 crores. The highest business today was at Sonapur Minerals and Oil Limited, with a share transaction worth 5,61,41,984 rupees.

Similarly, on Wednesday’s share market, investors in Global IME Laghubitta Financial Institution made a good profit. The share price of this company has increased by more than 8 percent. Likely, investors in Corporate Development Bank have lost more than anyone else. The company’s share price has decreased by more than 6 percent.
