Soaltee Hotel Limited has announced its dividend. The hotel will distribute 31.578 percent of the dividend from the last fiscal year.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 1 has decided to distribute a 5 percent bonus share and a 26.578 percent cash dividend. The proposed profit distribution will be approved at the general assembly of the hotel on poush 26.

The meeting will start at 10:30 a.m. at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan Kamaladi. The hotel will close the book from Poush 5 for the convenience of the meeting. Therefore, only shareholders holding shares until poush 4 will be eligible to participate in the meeting and receive the profit share.
