Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta’s FPO has been divided. The FPO of Microfinance was divided on Friday, Mangsir 8th.
A total of 17,845 individuals have applied for shares through the primary market. Among them, one person has been allotted 11 shares, another person has been allotted 10.18 shares, and the rest have been allotted shares at a rate of 10 shares each.
The microfinance had issued 1,078,451.18 shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share from Kartik 21 to 24. A total of 1,072,768 individuals had applied for shares. Among them, 2,500 applications were cancelled, as informed by Siddhartha Capital, the sales manager.
Investors can view the results from the sales manager’s website or from their share account. In addition, the results can also be viewed on the website of the cooperative and on the website of CDS and Clearing.
