Hathway Investment Nepal Limited has decided to distribute dividends to its shareholders. The company will be distributing a 10.526% dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2079–80.

The board meeting held on February 2 has decided to provide a 10% bonus share and a 0.526% cash dividend for tax purposes. The said dividend will only be distributed to the shareholders after the upcoming general meeting of the company.

Hathway has called for a general meeting on February 26 to approve the distribution of dividends. The company has also informed us that the book will remain closed until February 12 for the purpose of the meeting. Therefore, only the shareholders holding shares until February 11 will be eligible to receive dividends and participate in the meeting.
