Himalayan Distillery Limited has announced that it will distribute 25 percent of the dividend. The board meeting held on Sunday, Mangsir 17, decided to distribute 10 percent bonus shares and 15 percent cash dividends for tax purposes, totaling a 25 percent dividend.

The proposed profit sharing will be approved at the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for January 25. The meeting will be held at the registered office of the company in Birgunj Metropolitan City at 10:30 a.m.

To participate in the meeting and receive the dividend, shareholders must have held shares until December 12.

Last year, the company distributed 70 percent of profits by giving 60 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividends for tax purposes.
