Nepal Hydro Developers has announced plans to distribute dividends. The company has decided to distribute a 7.37 percent dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year to the shareholders.

The meeting of the company’s board of directors has decided to distribute a total of a 7.37 percent dividend, including a 7 percent bonus in shares and a 0.37 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

The company is scheduled to hold its annual general meeting on December 12 at the Lalitpur Reception Naxal, starting at 11 a.m.

Similarly, the agenda is to appoint auditors for the fiscal year 2080-81 and determine the remuneration. The company has decided to close the book on Mangsir 25 for the purpose of the meeting. Therefore, only shareholders holding shares until Mangsir 24 will be eligible to participate in the meeting and receive the proposed dividends.
