People’s Power Company has decided to issue rights shares. The meeting of the board of directors held on the 17th of Mangsir has decided to issue 50% of the shares in the company’s capital.

The company has also informed us that in order to carry out regular maintenance, clear pending payments, and invest in new projects, they have initiated the process to issue rights shares at a ratio of 1:05.

People’s Power has also informed us that the decision to obtain pre-approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission to issue rights shares has been made. Currently, the company’s capital stands at 63 crores and 26 lakhs, and 50% of the same will be issued as rights shares.
