Prakash Baral has been appointed as the chairman of Jyoti Capital. The decision to appoint Baral as the chairman of the company was made by the board of directors on Sunday, December 17. He has experience working at India’s Video International, as well as in senior management positions at Nepal Bank Limited, Prabhu Bank Limited, and NIC Asia Bank Limited. He has also successfully worked in various other organizations in a managerial role.
Baral, who holds a Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has also completed his post-graduation in Economics from Tribhuvan University.
With his extensive work experience and skilled managerial abilities, the newly appointed chairman of the board, Prakash Baral, is expected to make a significant contribution to the expansion and enhancement of services provided by Jyoti Capital in the coming days.
