Rastriya Banijjya Bank has announced its profit distribution.

According to the decision made by the bank’s executive committee meeting held on Poush 6, the bank will distribute cash dividends from the profit of the last fiscal year.

As per the decision of the executive committee meeting, the bank has proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 5.50 percent on its share capital. The proposed dividend will be distributed only after it is approved by the regulatory Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank’s upcoming annual general meeting.

The bank has invited the general meeting on Poush 29 to approve the proposal along with the profit distribution.
