Taragaon Regency Hotels Limited has announced the distribution of dividends. The company has decided to distribute 15 percent of the dividend to the shareholders from the last fiscal year, 2079/80.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 16 has decided to distribute 4 percent bonus shares and 11 percent cash, totaling 15 percent profit distribution.

The proposed profit distribution will only be distributed to the shareholders after approval at the upcoming general meeting of the hotel.
