Butwal Power Company is set to issue an FPO again. The company’s recent annual general meeting has approved the proposal to issue an FPO.
According to prevailing laws, the company will increase the current issued capital of Rs 3,040,964,600 to Rs 4,040,964,600 by issuing 1 crore additional shares for public release and for the purpose of increasing the premium value and public release at the current premium value.
Previously, Butwal Power Company had issued 4,081,000 shares at a premium of Rs 401 per share on March 15, 2074. Now the company is set to issue an IPO again. The company’s management committee will determine the premium value this time.
