Kamana Sewa launches online KYC update for customer convenience and accessibility

KATHMANDU

Kamana Sewa Development Bank has made it public that they will update the customer identification details (KYC) through an online medium.

With the public release of this module, customers no longer need to be physically present at Kamana Sewa Development Bank to open an account. The provision to open an account online was already in place, but customers had to physically visit the bank to update their details.

As this technology is further refined, customers can now update their KYC details by either setting a specific time with a bank representative or by providing the required documents and other necessary information when opening an online account.

This service can be accessed through the bank’s digital platform, http://www.digiaccount.kamanasewabank.com, to open an account and update their details. With the introduction of this system, customers residing in Nepal and abroad can now open various types of accounts to suit their needs.

Nepali citizens working abroad can now use their accounts to access facilities such as remittances, share trading, and more, as informed by the bank. The detailed information about the process of opening an online account has also been made public.

The bank has also informed us that the aforementioned video is available on the bank’s website and other social media platforms. Kamana Sewa Development Bank, which is making maximum use of digital technology, is providing its modern services through 135 branches and 77 ATMs located in various parts of the country.
