Gold prices reach record high on Wednesday; Silver sees minor decline

KATHMANDU

On the fourth day of the week, Wednesday, the price of gold hit a record high. Compared to the previous day, today the price of gold has increased by 500 rupees per tola.

On Tuesday, the gold business was going on at 1 lakh 23 thousand rupees per tola, and today it has increased by 500 rupees to 1 lakh 23 thousand 500 rupees. Similarly, the price of tejabi gold has increased by 500 rupees to 1 lakh 22 thousand 900 rupees per tola.

As for the price of silver, it has decreased by 5 rupees to 1440 rupees per tola. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Business Association, the price of 10 grams of gold is 1 lakh 5 thousand 880 rupees, the price of 10 grams of tejabi gold is 1 lakh 5 thousand 365 rupees, and the price of 10 grams of silver is fixed at 1234.50 rupees.
