Madhav Prasad Upadhyay has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Garima Development Bank Limited. The decision to appoint Upadhyay as the CEO of Baisakh 1, 2081, was made by the meeting of the board of directors held on Chaitra 14 of the bank.
With the term of the former CEO, Govinda Prasad Dhakal, ending on Chaitra 30, Upadhyay has been appointed as the CEO of the company.
Having completed his post-graduation in management, Madhav Prasad Upadhyay has been actively involved in Garima Development Bank Limited since its establishment. He has been serving as the company’s secretary for the past 15 years and as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for the past 11 years. Prior to entering the banking sector, he was involved in teaching/professorship for almost one and a half decades.
