Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has appointed Santosh Prasai as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Prasai, who has entered the insurance sector from the regulatory body, the Insurance Board of Nepal, is familiar with the insurance sector as an experienced individual. He has experience in leadership roles as the CEO of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited and Prabhu Life Insurance Limited.
Having previously worked as the CEO of Prabhu Life Insurance Limited, Prasai played a key role in the merger between Prabhu Life Insurance Limited and Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited. He had served as the senior deputy CEO of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance after the merger.
During the meeting, Prasai was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for a term of four years. Prasai is also a chartered accountant.
