The victim has alleged that on October 26, a team of employees of Nerude came and turned off the CCTV at around 4 o’clock, locked the door and beat } .

I don’t know to whom that call was made. Complaint filed with the police, those involved in the assault absconded!
Acharya has also lodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Morang, against those who assaulted him.Among those involved in the assault is Shiv Shankar Shah, who is also a relative of the deputy CEO of the organization, claimed Acharya.
Spokesperson of District Police Office, Morang and Deputy Superintendent of Police Bed Prakash Joshi said that a case has been registered in the incident and a search is on for the culprits.
‘A complaint has been filed against four people. The process of arrest has already begun, the accused are absconding. We are continuing the search operation. DSP Joshi said, “Further investigation will be carried out after arresting him.” ’
According to Joshi, the complaint has been filed against Rajdhari Sharma, Mukesh Yadav, Raj Kumar Sharma and Shiv Shankar Sah.
After investigation, the accused may be charged with kidnapping, beating, physical confinement, attempt to murder, etc. If convicted, the accused will be jailed for up to 8.5 years.
