Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank has decided not to pay dividend to its shareholders. The bank has decided not to pay dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.

The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on January 29 has decided not to distribute any dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. With the decision not to pay dividends, the shareholders are empty-handed.

Shareholders are disappointed that the bank has not paid dividend.

The meeting also decided to submit the financial details of the last fiscal year to the regulator Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
