Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Director of Nepal Reinsurance Company Kiran Poudel has resigned from his post on Tuesday. Poudel, who is an independent director of the company, has resigned from his post.

Another director of the company confirmed that he resigned from his post on April 20. 

According to the director, Poudel has resigned from the post citing his personal and professional commitments.His resignation was approved by the company’s board of directors held on April 23.
