Employees boycott NRB’s anniversary

Kathmandu. Employees of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) have boycotted the anniversary celebrations. Employees of the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) have boycotted the 71st anniversary of the central bank, accusing the top management of the bank of being irresponsible.

Employees of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) have protested against the delay in the performance of the financial year 2082/83.

Protesting the employees, the employees displayed placards that read “Close your arms, turn off others”, “Close the internal setting, implement transparent promotions”, “Can you roam, can’t be promoted?”.

They have protested that the promotion process has been delayed at a time when the results of the examination for internal competition should have been declared. The employees said that they had to boycott the anniversary program as the issue was not heard despite repeated attentions.
