Kathmandu. Home Minister Sudhan Gurung has inspected the Narayangadh-Butwal road section. Minister Gurung, who inspected the construction works on Tuesday, directed the bodies concerned and the contractors to complete the construction on time. He made it clear that delay in work would not be acceptable.

He also drew the attention of the Chinese contractor company towards the delay in work. During the inspection, he directed the authorities concerned to end the situation at the earliest as the passengers have been facing inconvenience, daily commuting has been affected and the risk of accidents has increased due to the failure to complete the work on time.

Representatives of the construction company have pledged to complete the road within the next 15 days. They have said that the construction will be expedited and completed within the stipulated timeframe.
