Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) has sought clarification from 5 people including the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Himalayan Re-Insurance(. NEA has sought clarification from 5 people including CEO Upasana Poudel.

According to a source at the authority, Deputy CEO Mukesh Kumar Kapoor, Executive Director Manish Kumar and Shishi r Gaur and Santosh KC have been asked for clarification.

If the answer is not satisfactory to the clarification sought by the Authority, action will be initiated as per the Insurance Act.
