Kathmandu. Independent lawmaker Mahabir Pun has said that the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli should be able to accept that the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli made a mistake in the Gen-G movement. Pun said this while talking to media persons in the parliament premises. 

He said that even though the then Prime Minister Oli and Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak had not ordered the shooting,he would not hesitate to apologize for the mistake as a key person of the government.

‘They didn’t give the order to shoot . But they were the main ones. And do you get happiness because you don’t know?” he asked. It doesn’t happen! Why should you be the main person if you don’t accept the mistake when you are the person responsible for it?”

Similarly, in a different context, lawmaker Pun said that there is no alternative for the government to move ahead by addressing the demands put forth by the lawmakers in the parliament .
