Kathmandu. The Supreme Court (SC) has sought the reason behind the formation of the Property Investigation Commission.

A single bench of Supreme Court Justice Bal Krishna Dhakal issued the order asking for the reason behind forming the commission.

A writ petition was filed at the Supreme Court claiming that the Property Investigation Commission was illegal. Hearing the writ petition, the Supreme Court issued a show cause order.

Similarly, the Supreme Court has also ordered to give priority to the case.
