Under which the government is preparing to return the amount to the savers who have savings up to Rs 5 lakh initially. For this, a circular fund will be created on the basis of the same procedure. The amount given by the government and the amount of the cooperative will be kept in the fund from the sale of the property of {{{}} persons.
The money of the cooperative’s savers will be returned through the same fund.
If any member of the family of the embezzler transfers or transfers the property by divorcing the property or divorce if the amount is not returned even through the auction of the property, such property shall also be sold by auction.
Similarly, if the reimbursement or failure to recover from the problematic cooperative or if it is not recovered, the director of the cooperative, the member of the manager’s family and the amount will be recovered from the persons } and the government {{} from the other persons{{{}}.
