Kathmandu. This is the first time a wall tile company has been opened in Nepal. Nepal Ceramics, the first floor tile manufacturer in Nepal, has invested in Nepovit Ceramics, a wall tile company.

Nepal’s first wall tile manufacturing company, Nepovit Ceramics, is set to start commercial production from July.

Nepal Ceramics has 75 per cent stake in Nepovit Ceramics, set up in the Special Industrial Zone of Simara, while the remaining 25 per cent is foreign investment.

Nepal Ceramics is the first floor tyre manufacturer in Nepal with 75% stake in Nepovit Ceramics. The company has earned more than Rs 1 billion in sales and Rs 100 million in net profit till March of the current FY.

Nepal Ceramics Pvt. Ltd., which is in the process of issuing the IPO, has appointed Machhapuchchhre Capital as its issue manager.
