Kathmandu. A case has been filed at the Parsa Court against businessman Durga Prasain. He has been charged with cybercrime and sedition of the state. 

Police had arrested Prasain from Hotel Diyalo in Birgunj on May 19 on the charge of making a controversial statement . 

He was produced in court on Monday. However, after the statement was not completed, the court sent him back to custody. According to the police, Prasain will be produced before the court again on Tuesday . 

He is accused of spreading hatred in the society, disturbing the cordial relations between various castes and communities.
