Kathmandu. Prime Minister BalendraShah has said that no citizen should be homeless . Balen said this on Monday while sharing a post on social media (Facebook) and

Stating that the government is fully committed to ensuring safe, dignified and permanent housing for every landless citizen, he said that no will be allowed to become homeless .

He also mentioned that the government’s objective is to provide a permanent solution by ensuring the right to housing. 

‘The Government of Nepal would like to clarify that all the steps taken are not aimed at removing citizens from , but with the aim of finding a permanent solution to the problem by ensuring the right to housing. “Therefore, I request all citizens not to fall into any kind of confusion, not to panic unnecessarily and not to spread unconfirmed information. ’

Similarly, the process of collecting digital data of the real landless citizens, verifying the details of and preparing records on a clear basis has beenstarted.The Prime Minister said that the government was moving towards a transparentand sustainable solution. 

Prime Minister Shah has also said that arrangements will be made for the safe and systematic relocation of citizens living in unsafe places and the government will take necessary decision on the basis of the recommendation of the commission and the details of compiled in the case of other landless citizens
