Kathmandu. The government has projected a growth rate of 7 per cent in the next fiscal year.
Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle expressed this confidence while presenting the budget for the coming fiscal year on Friday.He also said that the monetary policy would be issued to help in the implementation of the budget.
‘I believe that the economic growth rate of 7 percent will be achieved in the next fiscal year and the growth rate of will be limited to within 6 percent. He said, “The monetary policy will be issued by the Nepal Rastra Bank to help in the implementation of policy reforms and programs announced in the budget.” ’
Finance Minister Wagle has also said that the VAT will be limited to 6 percent in the next fiscal year.
