Kathmandu. Garima Capital Limited and AML Nepal Pvt. Ltd. l. The orientation and training program was jointly organized by . The program was organized for all the employees of the capital on May 22 at the reception of Lisara in Naxal. 

The program is organized with the objective of minimizing the increasing financial risk in the capitalmarket and merchant banking and ensuring full compliance with national and international legal standards.

The training mainly focused on the Prevention of Money Laundering of Prevailing Assets of Nepal Laundering Prevention Act, 2064, the latest guidelines issued by the Securities Board of Nepal and Nepal Rastra Bank , methods to identify suspicious transactions, and various aspects of corporate governance ।

AML Nepal Pvt. Ltd. l. Senior compliance experts at explained the legal provisions of the Act, the Rules for Customer Identification, and the legal action for violations, as well as practical measures to control financial crimes to the participating employees through real-time and practical exercises.

In an interactive session held at the end of the program, the employees shared their inquiries about the practical challenges they face in the course of day-to-day operations and their legal and technical solutions and discussed ways to solve them.
