Govt declares public holiday on May 28

Kathmandu. The government has announced a public holiday on May 28.

The government has declared a public holiday on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, the festival of the followers of Islam Bakr Eid-ul-Adha. 

Eid holiday will be a public holiday for 4 consecutive days next week. The government offices and most of the institutions will remain closed for four consecutive days on May 2 9 due to the public holiday of Eid-ul-Adha (Bakr Eid), Republic Day on May 29 and regular weekly holidays on Saturday and Sunday.
