Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has fixed the maximum wholesale price of agricultural products for today.
According to the committee, the price of tomato big (Nepali) at Rs 70 per kg, tomato big (Indian) at Rs 80 per kg, tomato big (local) at Rs 35 per kg, tomato small (tunnel) at Rs 62 per kg, tomato small (Indian) at Rs 39 per kg, tomato big small (Terai) at Rs 25 per kg, potato red (long) at Rs 35 per kg, potato red (round) at Rs 28 per kg and onion dried (Indian) at Rs 36 per kg.
Similarly, the price of carrot (local) is Rs 60 per kg, cabbage (local) Rs 40 per kg, cauliflower local Rs 40 per kg, white radish (hybrid) Rs 25 per kg, brinjal lamcho Rs 40 per kg and brinjal dal Rs 50 per kg.
Similarly, beans (stems) Rs 50 per kg, maize beans Rs 80 per kg, maize beans Rs 70 per kg, ghee beans (local) Rs 70 per kg, ghee beans (hybrid) Rs 60 per kg, ghee beans (rajma) Rs 100 per kg, soybean beans Rs 130 per kg, bitter gourd Rs 50 per kg, gourd Rs 50 per kg, parwar (local) Rs 50 per kg, parwar (local) Rs 50 per kg. Likewise, chichindo has been sold at Rs 40 per kg, ghiraula at Rs 50 per kg, jhinguni at Rs 70 per kg, ripe farsi at Rs 60 per kg, green farsi (lambcho) at Rs 40 per kg, green farsi (dallo) at Rs 30 per kg, okra at Rs 40 per kg, sweet potato at Rs 70 per kg and pindalu at Rs 50 per kg.
Likewise, the price of mustard at Rs 80 per kg, spinach at Rs 120 per kg, Chamsur greens at Rs 120 per kg, fenugreek greens at Rs 120 per kg, green onion at Rs 120 per kg, mushroom (girls) at Rs 250 per kg, mushroom (dalle) at Rs 450 per kg, king mushroom at Rs 320 per kg and Sitake mushroom at Rs 1,000 per kg.
Likewise, Kurilo has been fixed at Rs 350 per kg, Neuro Rs 80 per kg, Broccoli at Rs 70 per kg, Sajeevan at Rs 120 per kg, Red Cabbage at Rs 50 per kg, Jiri Greens at Rs 100 per kg, Celery at Rs 100 per kg, Parsley at Rs 300 per kg, Fennel Greens at Rs 120 per kg, Mint at Rs 100 per kg, Guantroot at Rs 50 per kg, Tamarind at Rs 180 per kg, Copper at Rs 150 per kg, Tofu at Rs 160 per kg and Gundruk at Rs 300 per kg.
Apple (Fuji) Rs 325 per kg, banana (Nepali) Rs 200, banana (Malbhog) Rs 220, lemon Rs 260 per kg, pomegranate Rs 440 per kg, mango (Dussehra) Rs 280 per kg, grapes (green) Rs 280 per kg, watermelon (green) Rs 35 per kg, pineapple (local) Rs 230 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 50 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 20 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 60 per kg, tree jackfruit Rs 70 per kg. The price of papaya (Nepali) has been fixed at Rs 90 per kg, Indian papaya (Indian) at Rs 100 per kg, lychee (Indian) at Rs 280 per kg, avocado at Rs 800 per kg, coconut (raw) at Rs 80 per kg and coconut (green) at Rs 180 per kg.
Similarly, ginger Rs 160 per kg, dried chillies Rs 430 per kg, green chillies Rs 100 per kg, chillies green (bullet) Rs 80 per kg, fish chillies Rs 60 per kg, sheep chillies Rs 60 per kg, green garlic Rs 200 per kg, green coriander Rs 90 per kg, garlic dried (Chinese) Rs 190 per kg, garlic dried (Nepali) Rs 120 per kg and dried chilli Rs 140 per kg. Fresh fish has been fixed at Rs 340 per kg, fresh fish at Rs 310 per kg and fresh fish at Rs 260 per kg.
