Harka Sampang boycotts parliament meeting today, speaks without microphone, picks up bags, walks out

Kathmandu. Chairman of the Labour and Culture Party, Hark Sampang boycotted the meeting of the parliament today. boycotted the Houseof Representatives, obstructing the House of Representatives meeting on Tuesday. 

was being debated on the principles of the Appropriation Bill and priorities for the next fiscal year, while Sampang stood up and protested. 

Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal repeatedly asked to sit down but Sampang stood up and put forth his views. He walked out of the meeting without for a while. 

Sampang has demanded that the Finance Minister should be present and the Prime Minister should be accountable to the Parliament. He has been demanding that Prime Minister Balendra Shah (Balen) should reply in the parliament for the past few days. He has even demanded the resignation of the Prime Minister, saying that he has failed.
