Kathmandu. Directive has been issued to operate the Nagdhunga tunnel.Ashish Gajurel, Chairperson of the Infrastructure Development Committee under the House of Representatives, directed the government to operate the tunnel way from the third week of July.

He said that there should be no delay in the operation of the tunnel even now as the construction has been completed. 

Earlier, it was said that the tunnel route would be operated in the month of January 2082, but again has been shifted to the second week of July. 

Similarly, Gajurel said that the private sector has been selected for the operation of the Nagdhunga tunnel and the work procedure and rate have also been decided.
