Kathmandu. Jyoti Prakash Pandey, Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Investment Mega Bank (CEO) has left the bank . One of the bank’s directors confirmed that he had left the bank.
His term was also coming to an end. Recently, he was dragged into the investigation in the case of auctioning the property of the government-owned Smart Cell.
The bank is preparing to appoint Mahesh Sharma Dhakal, who is currently the Deputy CEO, as the CEO of the bank.With Pandey’s exit, he has now been given the responsibility of acting CEO .
Similarly, Assistant General Manager Genu has also left the bank after being involved in a suspicious transaction with Pradeep Adhikari, former MD of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN).Thapa has been accused of settling Adhikari’s black money.
