Kathmandu. On Thursday, the first day of weekly trading, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index increased slightly. On Tuesday, the NEPSE index increased by 27.85 points to close at 2,786.35 points.

A total of 1,45,40,022 units of shares of 342 companies were traded in NEPSE. Shares worth Rs 5.98 billion were traded. Ankhukhola Hydropower Company Limited was the most traded today. The company has a turnover of Rs 60.20 crore.

In today’s market, the investors of Three Star Hydropower Limited have made the most profit. The company’s share price has risen by more than 9 percent.

On the other hand, the investors of Bungal Hydropower have lost the most. The company’s share price has fallen by more than 10 percent.
