Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index slumped 9.24 points to close at 2,777.10 points on Tuesday.

Kathmandu. The last day of weekly share trading, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index posted a double-digit fall on Tuesday. On Tuesday, the NEPSE index decreased by 9.24 points to close at 2,777.10 points.

A total of 1,18,72,507 units of shares of 342 companies were traded in NEPSE. Shares worth Rs 4.85 billion were traded. Ankhukhola Hydropower Company Limited was the most traded today. The company’s turnover stood at Rs 46.72 crore.

In today’s market, the investors of Kalinchowk Hydropower have made the most profit. The company’s share price has risen by more than 9 percent.

On the other hand, the investors of Super Khudi Hydropower suffered the most. The company’s share price fell by more than 3 percent.
