NEPSE index surged 4.99 points to close at 2,782.10 points on Wednesday

Kathmandu. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index posted a double-digit fall on Thursday. On Wednesday, the NEPSE index increased by 4.99 points to close at 2782.10 points.

A total of 1,52,49,712 units of shares of 354 companies were traded in NEPSE. Shares worth Rs 6.03 billion were traded. Ankhukhola Hydropower Company Limited was the most traded today. The company has a turnover of Rs 71.22 crore.

In today’s market, the investors of Kalinchowk Hydropower have made the most profits. The company’s share price has risen by more than 14 percent.

On the other hand, the investors of 10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089 have lost the most. The company’s share price fell by more than 6 percent.
