The provision of delivering the passport to the doorsteps of the people through the post office is as per the agreement reached between the District Post Office, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East) and the District Administration Office, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East).

The passport received from the District Administration Office was handed over to Amit Pariyar of Pipreni in Kawasoti-16, Pipreni, who was receiving the passport from the District Administration Office, said postal officer Sapkota. The service was started by handing over the passport to Pariyar’s mother Bimala Pariyar.

Postal Officer Sapkota said the service has been started in a way to reach the doorsteps of the citizens by ending the situation where one has to travel to the district headquarters to collect passport.
